Barbecued Pork Tenderloin Pasta
We think this is best with
leftover barbecue pork.

You might alter this recipes by
adding in some caramelized
onions at the end.
Ingredients:

Notes:
Barbecue Pork Tenderloin
1 whole - approx. 3 pounds
 
Homemade Barbecue Sauce
1 pint
 
Penne Pasta
1 cup
 
Salt
1 teaspoon
 
  1. Chop barbecue pork into 1/2" cubes or strips.
  2. Cook and drain pasta. Return it to the pan.
  3. Mix in chopped pork.
  4. Simmer on a medium low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
