Barbecued Duckling
If you happen to see duck on
sale, this is a great way to fix it.
- Preheat oven to 450°
- Butterfly the duckling as you would Butterfly a Chicken and place in a baking dish (I use a
large pie dish.)
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the top of the chicken.
- Roast for 45 minutes.
- Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
