Barbecued Duckling
If you happen to see duck on
sale, this is a great way to fix it.

Ingredients:

Notes:
Duckling (butterflied as a chicken)
1 whole
 
Homemade Barbecue Sauce
3/4 pint
 
  1. Preheat oven to 450°
  2. Butterfly the duckling as you would Butterfly a Chicken and place in a baking dish (I use a
    large pie dish.)
  3. Pour the barbecue sauce over the top of the chicken.
  4. Roast for 45 minutes.
  5. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
