Fresh Lamb Chops (milk fed if available)

2 - 3 per person
|
|
Homemade Barbecue Sauce
|
1 pint
|
|
Fresh Button Mushrooms
|
1/4 pound per person
|
|
- Sauté mushrooms over medium heat approx. 10 minutes until nicely browned.
- Add canned barbecue sauce and heat through.
- Grill chops in a skillet or grill pan over very high heat for 2 minutes per side.
- Plate and serve as pictured above.
