Barbecue Ribs Recipe and Instructions
This recipe may be used with either beef or pork ribs.
Cutting the ribs after they are grilled makes a more
attractive presentation. This goes great with our
potato
salad recipe!

Ingredients for 4 people:

Notes:
Chicken (Butterflied)
1 whole 5 – 6 pound
 
Homemade Barbecue Sauce
1 pint
 
Fresh Oregano (Chopped)        
2 sprigs
 
1. At least one hour before
cooking, rub fresh oregano into
meat, wrap tightly and
refrigerate.
2. Bring ribs to room
temperature and grill on a
medium heat.  Baste with
canned barbecue sauce and turn
every 10 minutes.
3. Grill approx. 45 minutes or
until browned.
