| Fresh Oregano (Chopped) |

| 1. At least one hour before cooking, rub fresh oregano into meat, wrap tightly and refrigerate. |
2. Bring ribs to room temperature and grill on a medium heat. Baste with canned barbecue sauce and turn every 10 minutes. |
3. Grill approx. 45 minutes or until browned. |
