Cannelloni
In this recipe, the cannelloni recipe is stuffed
with cheese and prepared with
Tomato
Sauce with Herbs.  We recommend serving
it with meat on the side.
Ingredients for 32 Cannelloni:
 
Parmesan Cheese
2 cups
Swiss Cheese
2 cups
Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups
Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
2 cups
Chopped Herbs such as Basil or Chives
1 cup
Cannelloni Shells
32
Tomato Sauce with Herbs
1 pint (or more if you prefer)
1. Finely grate the cheeses
reserving half of the Parmesan
cheese to coarsely grate and
sprinkle on top of the cannelloni
before baking. (See figure 6.)
2. Mix the chopped herbs and
cheeses together.
3. Push the stuffing into the
cannelloni with fingers to avoid
air pockets.
4. Place the stuffed cannelloni
into baking or freezing dishes.
5. Spoon the Tomato Sauce with
Herbs on top of the cannelloni.
6. Sprinkle with coarsely grated
Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes.
