Curried Chicken Pasta
This recipe is also a good solution for leftover
chicken.
Ingredients for 4 people:

Chicken, roasted, deboned and chopped.

1 fryer
|
Tomato Sauce with Mushrooms
|
1/2 pint
|
Curry
|
2 tablespoons
|
Worcestershire Sauce
|
1 tablespoon
|
Chicken Stock
|
1 cup
|
Chopped Fresh Chives
|
1/2 cup
|
Macaroni or Penne Pasta
|
2 cups
|
Shredded Swiss Cheese
|
As desired
|
|
- Combine tomato sauce, curry and Worcestershire Sauce in sauté pan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes
- Prepare macaroni as directed on package.
- Add cooked chicken and chicken stock to sauté pan and heat through for 5
minutes. A little milk may be added for a creamier consistency.
- Stir in cooked macaroni and chives until thoroughly heated.
