Curried Chicken Pasta
This recipe is also a good solution for leftover
chicken.

Ingredients for 4 people:
 
Chicken, roasted, deboned and chopped.
1 fryer
Tomato Sauce with Mushrooms
1/2 pint
Curry
2 tablespoons
Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon
Chicken Stock
1 cup
Chopped Fresh Chives
1/2 cup
Macaroni or Penne Pasta
2 cups
Shredded Swiss Cheese
As desired
  1. Combine tomato sauce, curry and Worcestershire Sauce in sauté pan.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Prepare macaroni as directed on package.
  4. Add cooked chicken and chicken stock to sauté pan and heat through for 5
    minutes.  A little milk may be added for a creamier consistency.
  5. Stir in cooked macaroni and chives until thoroughly heated.
