Lazyboy’s Meatballs
This rendition on Swedish meatballs makes a very tasty treat for a formal dinner party hors d’oeuvre or a simple family meal served with spaghetti.

Ground Beef |
1 pound |

|
Shallots |
3 large |
|
||
|
Garlic (Optional) |
1 clove |
|
||
|
1/2 pint |
|
|||
|
Bread Crumbs, Crackers or Wheat Thins |
1/4 cup crushed |
|
||
|
|
|
|
||
|
1. Finely dice shallots and garlic. |
2. Mix into ground beef using your hands. |
3. Crush crackers to make bread crumbs in your hands and mix into beef. |

|
4. Form ground beef into balls and brown over medium heat, turning for about 15 minutes. |
5. Add Canned Barbecue Sauce and bring to a simmer. |
6. Simmer for 10 minutes. |
