Mushroom Herb Sauce

I vary this simple sauce by adding some sliced onion. It can be made
quickly and adds additional texture and flavor to steak or any other meat dish.
It’s also very good
with mashed potatoes!
Ingredients :

Mushrooms |
½ pound |
|
Fresh Rosemary |
¼ cup |
|
Fresh Sage |
¼ cup |
|
Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
¼ cup |
|
Beef or Chicken Boullion |
2 cubes |
1. Sauté the mushrooms in the olive oil for approx. 10
minutes extracting their juice.
2. Add herbs and serve.
