1. Layer one tortilla with cheese and chives.

2. Cover it with another tortilla to complete the first quesadilla. Then place the second tortilla with filling, on top of that to form the next quesadilla. Continue to make a stack ready to cook.

3. On medium low heat, cook the quesadilla approx. two minutes to brown the underside. Flip and cook the other side until it is brown and the cheese has melted.
