| Flour Tortillas |

| Grated Cheese |
1/4 cup |
| Fresh Chopped Chives |
2 tablespoons |
| Homemade Salsa |
1/2 Pint |

| 1. Layer one tortilla with cheese and chives. |
2. Cover it with another tortilla to complete the first quesadilla. Then place the second tortilla with filling, on top of that to form the next quesadilla. Continue to make a stack ready to cook. |
3. On medium low heat, cook the quesadilla approx. two minutes to brown the underside. Flip and cook the other side until it is brown and the cheese has melted. |
