Quesadilla Recipe
Quesadillas take only minutes to prepare.
 They may be served with
Homemade
Salsa as a snack, a dinner starter, a light
lunch with a green salad, or as party
finger foods.  They are always a big hit
with teenagers.

We recommend preparing the ingredients
in advance and cooking immediately
before you plan to serve them.  You may
fill them with grilled beef or grilled
chicken or simply cheese as below:
Ingredients per Quesadilla:

Flour Tortillas
2
Grated Cheese
1/4 cup
Fresh Chopped Chives
2 tablespoons
Homemade Salsa
1/2 Pint
1. Layer one tortilla with cheese
and chives.
2. Cover it with another tortilla
to complete the first quesadilla.
Then place the second tortilla
with filling, on top of that to
form the next quesadilla.
Continue to make a stack ready
to cook.
3. On medium low heat, cook
the quesadilla  approx. two
minutes to  brown the
underside. Flip and cook the
other side until it is brown and
the cheese has melted.
