Risotto, Asparagus and Roasted Almonds

This is a variation of the Basic
Risotto Recipe.
Ingredients :

Leftover Roasted Asparagus |
1 cup |

|
½ cup |
|||

|
1. Arrange ingredients for both Basic Risotto and those
listed above. Prepare Basic Risotto Recipe. |
2. Add butter and parmesan from the Basic Risotto recipe at
the same time as the asparagus and almonds. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes. |
3. Gently fold everything together and serve
immediately. You may wish to serve it with shaved parmesan as pictured above. |
