Roasting Asparagus
This is a very good appetizer served with Horseradish Dip. You
may also slice into cubes and make
Roasted Asparagus Quiche.

Ingredients:
 
Fresh Asparagus, White or Green
 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tablespoon per bunch
  1. Clean, trim and drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the asparagus. Wiping the oil on
    with your hands will give you better coverage. You can also use a pastry brush
  2. Roast for 20 minutes at 450°
