Roasting Asparagus
This is a very good appetizer served with
Horseradish Dip
. You
may also slice into cubes and make

Asparagus Quiche

Ingredients:
Fresh Asparagus, White or Green
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tablespoon per bunch
Clean, trim and drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the asparagus. Wiping the oil on
with your hands will give you better coverage
.

ou can also use a pastry brush
Roast for 20 minutes at 450°
