| Shredded Swiss Cheese |

| 1. We prefer home made pastry, but if time is at a premium, buying ready made piecrust is quick and easy. |
2. It is important to prebake the crust! If you don’t, it will be soggy. We recommend preparing the filling while the crust is in the oven. |
3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line crust with wax paper and add ceramic pie weights, dried beans or rice. Bake 25 – 35 minutes until golden brown. |

| 4. Remove the crust from the oven. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees. Cut Roasted Asparagus into 1/2" lengths. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper with a fork. |
5. Place asparagus evenly in the bottom of the baked crust. |
6. Add grated cheese then pour in the beaten eggs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes until browned on top. |
