Roasted Asparagus with Caramelized Shallots and

Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce

This recipe may be served as a side dish or as a delicious starter for a dinner party.

Ingredients:

Roasted Asparagus

5 per person

Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce

½ pint or ½ dinner recipe

Caramelized Shallots

1-1/2 shallots per person

Place Roasted Asparagus in serving dish

Spoon over Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce.

Sprinkle on Caramelized Shallots.
