Roasted Asparagus with
Caramelized Shallots and
Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce

This recipe may be served as a side dish or as a delicious starter for a
dinner party.
Ingredients:

½ pint or ½ dinner recipe |
|
|
1-1/2 shallots per person |
Place Roasted
Asparagus in serving dish
Spoon over Roasted
Red Bell Pepper Sauce.
Sprinkle on Caramelized
Shallots.
