Sausage, Mushrooms and Pasta with Sauce Basquaise

 

This recipe may be made with mushrooms, sausage, ground hamburger or sirloin and any type of pasta.

Ingredients:

Sausage

8 ounces

Button Mushrooms

8 ounces

Sauce Basquaise

1 cup

Cooked Pasta

2 cups

 

1. Sauté mushrooms and sausage over medium heat.

2. When meat is browned, add Sauce Basquaise.

3. Stir until completely combined.

 

4. Bring sauce to a simmer and cook for five minutes.

5. Stir in cooked and drained pasta.
