| Guacamole Sour Cream Grated Cheese Chopped Cilantro |

| 1. Brush mushrooms, trim and quarter. |
2. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat approx.10 minutes until browned. |
3. Add Tomato Sauce with Mushrooms and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes until liquid has completely evaporated. |
4. Serve with desired condiments. |
