Soft-shell Mushroom Tacos Recipe
Soft-shell tacos make a super-easy
and quick dinner for the family.

Ingredients for 4 people:

Notes:
Large Flour Tortillas

Tomato Sauce with Mushrooms
1-1/2 pints
 
Mushrooms
1/2 pound
 
Guacamole
Sour Cream
Grated Cheese
Chopped Cilantro
Condiments as desired
 
1.  Brush mushrooms, trim and
quarter.
2.  Sauté mushrooms in olive
oil over medium heat
approx.10 minutes until
browned.
3. Add  Tomato Sauce with
Mushrooms and simmer over
medium heat for 15 minutes
until liquid has completely
evaporated.
4.  Serve with desired
condiments.
